Compares actual MTD sales to expected budget pace for the day of the month.
💰 Cash variance
Flags stores where the till count differs from IQ system value by more than the threshold.
⚠️ Negative GP items
Flags stores selling any product below cost price.
🚫 Line voids MTD
Flags stores with high month-to-date void counts — a potential fraud or training indicator.
If no alerts are triggered, you still receive a short "All clear" email so you know the system ran.
